Werkzaamheden The Tradeshow Logistics Manager is an in-house function which oversees the administration of Europe`s Marketing department inventory. The Tradeshow Logistics Manager reports to the Tradeshow Manager Europe.

Duties include:
- Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing tradeshow and Marketing inventory.
- Create and maintain internal material transactions: sales and return orders for tradeshow, marketing, and external sales managers.
- Conducting and coordinating quarterly physical inventory cycle counts. Research and identify reasons for discrepancies/root cause analysis
- Work closely with the Accounting Department so as to ensure standard costs and Inventory Values are correct. Familiarity with Accounting Principles so as to use correct adjustment codes for various transactions.
- Other duties as required
Vereist - Experience in tradeshow logistics preferred
- Experience managing the work flow of in-house exhibit structure set-up, staging, packing and shipping
- Knowledge of international shipping requirements - working with customs and applicable regulatory agencies to ensure company shipments are compliant
- Extensive knowledge and expertise with inventory systems
- Manage exhibit inventory components.
Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal) in English and Dutch
- Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
